Refunds & Returns Policy

Westside Timbers has the right to refuse returns or refunds under the terms and conditions listed below for all our timber products.

 
  • Westside Timbers require 24 hours’ notice for changes and cancellations of an order. Cancellations and changes can be requested via phone call but must be processed/confirmed through written or email format.
  • It is at Westside Timbers discretion to accept any goods returned for a credit or refund. Goods returned and re-stocked will attract a handling fee. Any claims must be made within 7 days of order collection or delivery.
  • The Purchaser acknowledges that any timber product sold by Westside Timbers is a natural product and is subject to variation in colour, texture, and other inherent qualities. It is susceptible to exposure to variations in temperature, sun, rain, humidity, and other climatic conditions. Bending, warping, or twisting of this natural product once installed is beyond the control of Westside Timbers thereby removing any liability from any such event. The Purchaser also acknowledges timber is hydroscopic so therefore is prone to shrinkage and expansion relative to equilibrium air moisture content of which Westside Timbers has no control over and therefore cannot be held liable for any claims arising out of the natural behaviour of this natural product.
  • Westside Timbers will not accept any returns of any product that has been chamfered, nailed, contains drill holes, is stained, painted or chalked.
 

In the event where you wish to make a return and/or desire a refund for any products Westside Timbes has supplied we will require the full order details, such as, contact name, contact phone number, invoice number, and date of collection/delivery.
